On November 4, 2008, the Company filed Form 15 with the Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC") notifying the SEC of its intent to deregister its common shares. Effective that date the Company is no longer required to file certain reports with the SEC, including 10Qs, 10Ks and 8Ks. Beginning with the third quarter of 2008, the Company will post unaudited quarterly financial reports within 45 days following the end of each interim quarter and will post its audited year-end financial report by March 31 of the following year.
