SANTA ANA, Calif.--Oct. 16, 2003--ACME Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACME) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2003 financial results after market hours on Thursday, November 6, 2003.

The Company will also host a conference call to discuss its third quarter 2003 results on November 6th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
